Together with our tailor, you select the materials and accessories (buttons, zippers, etc.) that perfectly match your style.

Even an inexpensive garment has been sewn with a great deal of manual labor by people who work hard for much less money. By treating it with respect, we can make it look custom-tailored through our alterations.

The price is based on our tailoring services as well as your choice of fabric and accessories.
Upon final confirmation, we kindly ask for your understanding that a deposit of 50% of the final price is required.
Together, we arrange the fitting and collection appointments.
Your garment is fully prepared for the fitting in our atelier.
During this first appointment, we mark the finest details directly on your silhouette to ensure everything fits perfectly for the final completion.
You try on your outfit once more in our atelier.
Only when everything fits flawlessly and you are completely satisfied is the remaining balance paid.

The price of a custom-made garment is calculated based on material and labor costs. The Price List New Garments for Women & Price List New Garments for Men refer to the labor required for different designs of each garment. The simpler a design is, the less labor is charged.
CONSULTATION and TAKING BODY MEASUREMENTS
The tailor's work begins with accurately visualizing the customer's wishes.
The tailor provides expert advice on fabric selection and the design of the desired garment, creates a fashion sketch if necessary, and then proceeds to take individual body measurements.
Designing a pattern requires extensive expertise, time, and a high level of concentration.
Taking into account any fabric patterns, the fabrics are cut into pieces according to the previously created pattern and prepared for sewing.
During the fitting, the tailor works closely with the customer to better understand their ideas and wishes and make the necessary adjustments in time. The tailor makes adjustments not only to the garment but also to the pattern. This makes the work easier in the event of a subsequent order of the same garment.
Our Tailoring Price List provides information on standard alterations. Special requests are discussed on-site with the tailor.
Our master tailors can create your desired sewing pattern upon request, allowing you to make your favorite garment yourself. The price is CHF 120.- per hour of work.
As justified as the question is, we reserve the right to charge the same price as for the initial creation. Creating and adjusting patterns is a time-consuming task requiring professional expertise, which we can only factor into the price of custom tailoring to a limited extent. Only with repeat orders does this often-overlooked work become financially worthwhile.
Upon order confirmation or placement at the atelier, a 50% deposit of the total price is required.
We have a large selection of fabrics and accessories, which we are constantly expanding.
We also have a wide selection of fabric samples and can usually order the desired fabric without any problems.
If the customer has a specific idea in mind and cannot find anything suitable in our selection, we recommend purchasing the fabric themselves. It is important to determine the required quantity and composition in consultation with the tailor.
The choice of fabric depends entirely on personal preference, the desired garment, and, last but not least, the individual budget.
In general, natural fibers are luxurious and gentle on the skin. However, depending on the intended use and individual needs, modern blended fabrics or synthetic materials can also be used effectively, offer beautiful drape and sheen, are wrinkle-resistant, and are easier to care for.
The fabric manufacturer is definitely a guarantee of quality. We offer the finest selection from world-renowned fabric manufacturers such as Holland & Sherry, Piacenza, Scabal, Jakob Schläpfer, James Hare, Solstiss, Taroni, Barth and Könnenkamp, and many more.
We also source high-quality fabrics from suppliers in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Japan, and India.
After order confirmation (taking into account the current workload), the waiting time depends on whether the material is already available in the atelier or needs to be ordered. The customer's personal scheduling flexibility is also a determining factor.
As a general rule: 1 to a maximum of 4 weeks.
As with custom tailoring, an alteration order also begins with a consultation or a brief fitting.
After order confirmation (taking into account the current workload), most alterations and adjustments have a waiting time of 1 to a maximum of 14 days.
Yes, absolutely. With our exclusive Office Tailoring service, we visit you directly at your workplace. Our Creative Director brings the entire fabric selection straight to your office. Simply get in touch with us – we will be happy to arrange an appointment with you.
Directly behind the atelier, you will find our clearly marked customer parking area, which is, of course, free of charge.
